Teoman A. Ozbakir graduated high school in 2023. He has been playing the piano for 14 years and the flute for 8 years. Teoman has performed as both a soloist on piano for competitions like the Sutherland Youth Music Awards placing 2nd overall and winning the People's Choice Award, and as part of prestigious ensembles with the flute such as the NSW Senior State Wind Band in 2022 and again in 2023 and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra's Young Musician's Workshop in October 2022. Teoman placed 2nd overall and won the People's Choice Award in the 2023 Sutherland Shire and St George Youth Music Awards, his finals performance is shows below. Teoman will attend the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and pursue a career in music starting in 2024 in the Bachelor of Music Performance – Classical Piano course, whilst also continuing his flute studies.
